What areas do you serve?
Goddess Spa on Wheels serves clients in South Florida, Miami and Fort Lauderdale metro areas . We are available on location throughout the Us and Caribbean as well as on yachts, private planes, offices, hospitals and your home.
How do i make an appointment?
You can reserve your appointment by calling Goddess Spa on Wheels at 3053667666 , by txt or email. Due to the personal nature of our business please allow up to 24 hrs for a reply.
How do i pay?
All terms of payment must be discussed prior to booking, we accept cash, credit cards and paypal. To secure our availability ,Goddess Spa on Wheels will reserve your appointment with your credit card. This prevents loss of wages in case of no shows and last minute cancellations.
Is a tip included?
Goddess Spa on Wheels does not add gratuity to the cost of services except for group services. All gratuities should be paid directly to artists in the form of cash. If you are happy with the results, we suggest tipping the artist 15% to 20% of the total service fee.
Need to Cancel?
Our artists do their best to be available for our clientele with minimal advanced notice. Due to the high demand for their services, we require at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. We know last-minute cancellations are sometimes unavoidable; however, clients who cancel beyond the 24-hour window will be responsible for the full amount of the booked services. Cancellations must be received over the phone. PLEASE NOTE: CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED VIA E-MAIL.
if you are a No Show
If a Goddess Spa on Wheels artist arrives at a scheduled appointment location and is unable to reach the client within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time of the appointment or is unable to provide the service for any reason beyond our control, the client agrees to be charged for the full amount of the service. The artist will only be able to extend the length of the appointment based on his or her availability, and we cannot guarantee extended appointments.
Privacy?
Client privacy is extremely important to us and discretion is our priority. We understand the critical nature of client privacy and require our artists to sign nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements for services provided. Our policies prohibit our artists from sharing any information about clients, client appointments, clients’ homes, etc., with anyone outside Goddess Spa on Wheels. Within the company we require that client information sharing be strictly limited to information regarding client beauty or styling needs only.
